Jennifer Bezoza is an executive coach and an organizational development consultant with a deep human resources background.

Experience:
Working across a variety of for profit and non-for-profit organizations, including General Electric, Towers Perrin, Visiting Nurse Service of New York and the Broad Foundation, Jennifer has led a large-scale employee engagement initiative, led the redesign and rollout of new talent management and succession planning processes, designed and managed senior management executive programs, as well as coached leaders and teams on a variety of business and leadership topics.

Education and Credentials:
Jennifer holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA with honors in Humanities and Psychology from Stanford University.  She has completed executive and personal coaching coursework through New York University and Dale Carnegie. She is certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 feedback tools, MBTI and the FIRO-B.   Jennifer is a regular contributor and advisor to the web site, Office Politics (www.officepolitics.com).
